A vibrant golden rice cooked with saffron for a warm aroma and subtle depth of flavour. It pairs beautifully with the clean, delicate taste of Ling Cod.

Steamed Brussels Sprouts

Bright green, naturally sweet sprouts lightly steamed and finished with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. A simple, nutrient-rich vegetable to balance the plate.

Red Cabbage Salad

Finely shredded red cabbage tossed with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of sea salt. This fresh and crunchy side adds colour and brightness to the dish.

Ingredients

  • Ling cod fillet
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Lightly brush the fillet with olive oil.
  2. Season generously with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
  3. Air-fry at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 15–18 minutes, or until the exterior is golden and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
