Recipe: Broiled Miso Ginger Black Cod

Ingredients

  • Fresh finely grated ginger root
  • Miso paste
  • Mirin

Directions

  1. Mix miso paste and water in to a bowl
  2. Add grated ginger root
  3. Add mirin to taste
  4. Place marinade mixture in a large ziplock bag with fish
  5. Refrigerate fish and marinade for 2-48 hours
  6. Broil on high 5-10 minutes per side
