Recipe:
Broiled Miso Ginger Black Cod
Ingredients
- Fresh finely grated ginger root
- Miso paste
- Mirin
Directions
- Mix miso paste and water in to a bowl
- Add grated ginger root
- Add mirin to taste
- Place marinade mixture in a large ziplock bag with fish
- Refrigerate fish and marinade for 2-48 hours
- Broil on high 5-10 minutes per side
