Recipe: Salmon Dip
Left over baked salmon works well.
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cooked fillet of salmon appr. 2 cups.
- 1 cup artichoke asiago dip
- 2 cloves garlic chopped finely 1 tsp dried onion flakes
- 1/2 cup of chopped fresh spinach (optional)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan 1 tsp dried chili flakes (optional)
- Place all into your food processor and blend till you can still see some small chunks of salmon
- Sprinkle parmesan all over
