Recipe:
Salmon Dip

Salmon Dip Recipe photo. Taken fresh on a local BC fishing

Ingredients

Left over baked salmon works well.

  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cooked fillet of salmon appr. 2 cups.
  • 1 cup artichoke asiago dip
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped finely 1 tsp dried onion flakes
  • 1/2 cup of chopped fresh spinach (optional)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan 1 tsp dried chili flakes (optional)

Directions

  1. Place all into your food processor and blend till you can still see some small chunks of salmon
  2. Sprinkle parmesan all over
  3. Serve
